The Pro Kabbadi Season 10 auction is all set to be held on the 9th and 10th of October. At the end of the most awaited auction, PKL 10 will get the name of its most expensive player in Pro Kabaddi 2023.

Pro Kabaddi 2023 Top Buys (First Day) – PKL 10
As we can see, Pawan Kumar Sehrawat is holding his position tight as the most expensive player in Pro Kabaddi. In the last season of PKL (Season 9), Pawan secured the top spot for the highest bid raider with a price value of 2.26 Crore from Tali Thalaivas. The history repeats itself, as Pawan Kumar receives a bid amount of 2.605 crore from Telugu Titans. Thus, he became the most expensive player in Pro Kabaddi 2023.
However, Pawan Kumar was not the first player to break his last year’s record of highest bid raider. Mohammadreza Shadloui Chiyaneh was the one who sold first on the first auction day. Puneri Paltan put a record-breaking investment of INR 2.35 Crores on Shadloui to bring him into the team. Other top players who made their way into the club of Crorepatis are Maninder Singh, with a bidding amount of 2.12 Crores from Bengal Warriors, Fazel Atrachali, with a bid amount of 1.60 Crores from Gujarat Giants, and Siddharth Desai, with 1 Crore bid from Haryana Steelers.
Pro Kabaddi 2023 Auction Dates, Time, Venue
The PKL 10-player auctions will take place over the course of two days, and each team will now have access to a total pay budget of Rs 5 crore rather than the previous cap of Rs 4.4 crore.
The Pro Kabaddi Season 10 organizers, Mashal Sports, released the updated dates for the Season 10 Player Auction, considering the continuing preparations of the Indian Kabaddi team for the Asian Games. Earlier, the dates were the 8th and 9th of November, which shifted to the 9th and 10th of October.
The Pro Kabaddi 2023 auction will be live-streamed on Disney+Hotstar from Mumbai on October 9th and 10th at 8:15 P.M.
Pro Kabaddi League 2023 Players Details
Considering the League Player Policy for the season, the PKL teams used their right to keep players from their respective PKL Season 9 clubs in August 2023.
Elite Retained Players (ERP), Retained Young Players (RYP), and Existing New Young Players (ENYP) were the three broad categories of players that the franchises could choose to keep.
From the Season 9 players list, 84 players were kept, including 22 from the ERP category, 24 from RYP, and 38 from ENYP. Still, the teams are left with at least 91 places, which will be filled during the two-day auction.
The bidding war ought to witness the player division into four different groups, namely A, B, C, and D. The base price for category A players is 30 Lakh, for category B players, it is 20 Lakh, for C, it is 13 Lakh, and for D, it is 9 Lakh.
