How to Apply for Pan Card India – Step by Step Guide
Step 1:
First of all you need to download the application form 49A from the official website https://www.utiitsl.com/ under the menu option service – PAN card – Apply. Moreover, instructions to fill up the form as given on the website should be followed at the time of form filling.
Step 2:
Now, click on the “Validation” followed by the submit button when you have completed filling out the form.
Step 3:
Your filled application form will be visible on the screen for verification of the details you have entered. Verify it and go further if your information is correct. Go further by clicking “Make Payment” on the form.
Step 4:
You will be redirected to the payment gateway website to choose the payment options. Choose the payment gateway depending on your payment card issuing bank.
Step 5:
You will have to carry out the payment attempt with card details using net banking, credit card (Master/Visa), Debit card (Master/Visa), cash card or any other available on the payment gateway site.
Step 6:
After you make payment, you will get the message of success or failure. If you get a failure message you may cancel, go back, or retry making payment. If you get the success message then you should click on the save button and press the print form option.
Step 7:
Affix your two photographs of 3.5cm x 2.5cm size.
Step 8:
You need to sign at three locations of the application form as instructed in the form.

When you complete the application form with your signs in it attach your copy of documents being submitted as proof of identity and address as well as provided in the application form.
