Ro-Ro Ferry Ticket Cancellation and Refund Policies:
In case any traveller cancels their booking, 90% of the ticket price will be refunded if the booking is cancelled 30 days before the date of the journey. If the cancellation request is sent between 2 to 30 days before the date of the journey, 80% of the ticket price would be refunded. If the cancellation request is made only 1 day before the date of the journey, no amount would be refunded. The amount refund would be processed within 3 working days. If the cancellation is carried out by the operator, the refund would be initiated immediately to the passenger, however, the handling charges and tax amount would be deducted from the refund amount.
The booking of the ferry closes only 1 hour before the departure time of the ferry. The boarding or check-in gate closes half an hour before the time of departure. The leftover passengers and vehicles wouldn’t be allowed after the gate closes and their tickets would be automatically considered for cancellation and no refund would be initiated for the same. Half fare would be applicable for children between the age of 2 to 12 years. The travellers should have valid photo identity proof. Chewing tobacco, spitting, and smoking are strictly prohibited on the ferry.
