Ro-Ro Ferry Ticket Cancellation and Refund Policies:
In case any traveller cancels their booking, 90% of the ticket price will be refunded if the booking is cancelled 30 days before the date of the journey. If the cancellation request is sent between 2 to 30 days before the date of the journey, 80% of the ticket price would be refunded. If the cancellation request is made only 1 day before the date of the journey, no amount would be refunded. The amount refund would be processed within 3 working days. If the cancellation is carried out by the operator, the refund would be initiated immediately to the passenger, however, the handling charges and tax amount would be deducted from the refund amount.
